| We would like to inform you of an important update to the process for submitting a bid question. |

Effective with projects advertised on or after [Date to be Announced], bid questions will be submitted through Bid Express. |
|
Projects advertised prior to [Date to be Announced], will continue to have bid questions submitted within the
|
|
OGS Design & Construction Vendor Interface platform.
|

| |
To submit a Bid Question:
|
|
| |
1. Navigate to the project below.
|
|
| |
2. Click on the project number.
|
|
| |
3. Click on the link to Review/Submit Bid Questions.
|
|
| |
4. Within the project, select “Submit Question” for the specific trade.
|
|
| |
5. The link will direct you to the platform required to submit a question.
|
|
| |
| |
For projects advertised prior to [Date to be Announced],
|
|
| |
The link will proceed to the Vendor Interface platform to submit a question.
|
|
| |
Questions and responses will be available on the OGS Design & Construction website.
|
|
| |
For projects advertised on or after [Date to be Announced],
|
|
| |
The link will proceed to Bid Express to submit a question within the “Q & A History” component of the solicitation.
|
|
| |
Vendors may also submit a bid question directly in Bid Express by initially navigating to Bid Express.
|
|
| |
Questions and responses will be available within the Q & A History on Bid Express and on the OGS Design & Construction website.
|
