Description: 

This Award provides for the purchase of generic and brand  name pharmaceuticals, over the counter pharmaceuticals (OTC), nutritional  products, vaccines (other than influenza), diabetic supplies, and other drug  products.

The Contract is a Piggyback  Agreement off Master Contract (MMS1900113) offered by the State of Minnesota, acting through its  national cooperative group purchasing organization, MMCAP Infuse. More information about  MMCAP Infuse can be found here: https://www.infuse-mn.gov/

Cardinal Health 110, LLC is the Contractor.
