Description: 

	This Award is issued by the New York State ("NYS") Office of General Services ("OGS"), Procurement Services for the procurement of photovoltaic systems and installation services. The intent is to offer Authorized Users a means of acquiring Photovoltaic Systems (Lot 1) and Installation Services (Lot 2).

Authorized Users are only allowed to purchase from the awarded items.



This Contract Award Notification contains overall goals of 30% for MWBE participation, 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises ("MBE") participation and 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") participation (based on the current availability of qualified MBEs and WBEs). 



This Contract Award Notification contains an overall goal of 6% for SDVOB participation, based on the current availability of qualified SDVOBs.
