Description: 

	Note: This Contract Award Notification contains a subset of information from Solicitation 23222 for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Related Items (Statewide). The resulting Contracts from Solicitation 23222 have been executed by Contract Award Letter. Complete Contract details including terms and conditions can be found in the Solicitation document dated February 4, 2021 (revised).


    This award provides for multiple centralized Statewide contracts with offerings in the following 9 Lots:
        
Lot 1: Respirators
Lot 2: Masks
Lot 3: Face Shields and Goggles
Lot 4: Gloves
Lot 5: Gowns
Lot 6: Covers
Lot 7: Hand Sanitizer
Lot 8: Wipes
Lot 9: Fit Test Kits


        All Awards are now complete.


    OGS hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for MWBE participation, 15% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises ("MBE") participation and 15% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("WBE") participation for all Lots.
    OGS hereby establishes an overall goal of 6% for SDVOB participation for all Lots.
