Description:

	This award includes backdrop Contracts for the acquisition (purchase or lease) of new Class 1 through Class 8 Vehicles, (including Single OEM Vehicles, Chassis, Bodies, Complete Vehicles, and associated Options and Aftermarket Components), as specified herein.  Vehicle Acquisition from the backdrop contracts shall be on as as-needed basis by NYS Authorized Users via a competitive Mini-Bid process executed via the NYS Vehicle Marketplace.
