Description: 

	  The purpose of this Award is to provide Authorized Users with a means of acquiring various grades
	  of Fuel Oil, Heating (Grade #2, #4, #6, Kerosene, and Biodiesel) for use at State and Non-State Agencies throughout New York State. The product shall be Contractor furnished, delivered and unloaded as specified herein. The pricing included in this document is the pricing bid by the contractors.
